Important Information: Adjustments and Extensions in the SupplyOn Portal

Dear Business Partner,

We would like to inform you about some adjustments to the processes in SupplyOn. These changes are intended to provide you with a better overview and more transparency.

Cleaning up old orders

All orders that have been transmitted by us to the portal since the introduction of SupplyOn are still available there. The same applies to created transport and delivery advices (FPA & ASN).
To facilitate a better overview and further simplify the work with the portal, orders with a delivery date more than 6 months in the past will be cleared from SupplyOn in the future. The same applies to advices that were created more than 6 months ago. This will be done continuously to ensure an optimized overview in the dashboard as well as the individual forms.

Transmission of goods receipts

We have recently started transmitting our goods receipts to SupplyOn. You can view this information in the order lines and the goods receipt view. Attached you will find a brief overview of how and where you can find the data in SupplyOn.
The booking data will not be backdated but will only be available for current orders.

Forecast confirmation

This process optimization affects those suppliers who already receive and confirm the INNIO material forecasts via SupplyOn:

With the April release, SupplyOn provides an update to the schedule response. This will be adapted to the familiar layout of the order confirmation, making its use clearer and more intuitive. In particular, the download and upload function has been optimized and now allows the download of 100,000 lines. In addition, the supplier part number can be added to the download file. Details can be found in the attached updated training document.

On May 23rd, 2024, SupplyOn gives an online introduction to the new Schedule Response as part of the “SupplyOn in Short” series. You can register under:
